His educational journey, transitioning from a diploma in business administration and commerce to postgraduate studies in Human Resources Studies, and ultimately achieving a master\u2019s degree in political science, stands as a testament to his unwavering commitment to multidisciplinary learning. Over a career spanning four decades, he has exhibited a profound dedication to nurturing growth guided by the principle of development through peace and managing funds using Project Cycle Management tools. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">His commitment is particularly instrumental in his involvement in peace-building efforts during Nepal&#8217;s decade-long armed conflict. His strategic acumen and adherence to principles such as rights-based approaches, teamwork, cultural sensitivity, diversity appreciation, do-no-harm, and conflict resolution underscore his holistic approach to development endeavors.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He prioritizes diverse voices and perspectives, recognizing their importance in comprehensive decision-making processes.
